multi-sport camp registration

Smash Sports reserves the right to change or update our policies, terms and conditions and/or programming as needed.

We offer Early Drop offs and Late Pick ups to all campers at an additional cost of $15 per day. Pro-rated refunds will not be provided for days where the services were not used.

During registration, please list 2 authorized people to drop off and/or pick up your child.  Please ensure to sign the In & out sheet everyday during Sign in / out. 

Smash Sports or its representatives are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen belongings.

Parents/guardians acknowledge the risks involved in physical sports activities and agree that Smash Sports is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp.

No cancellations will be provided after the camp has started. A fee will be applicable for any cancellations done prior to the camp. All fees are non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by the organizers. 

Smash Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or facility issues. In case of cancellation, parents will be informed in advance, and a makeup session or refund may be provided.

By registering, parents/guardians confirm that their child is in good health and physically able to participate in the camp. Parents/guardians must notify the camp management of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the camp. Smash Sports and its staff are not responsible for any injuries sustained during camp activities.

Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Any form of misconduct, bullying, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.

To help us maintain a nut-free environment, please ensure that your child’s snacks and lunch do not contain peanuts or any nut products.

By registering, parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos of the campers for promotional and social media purposes by Smash Sports.

By enrolling your child, we determine that consent has been implied to use your information for future marketing 

purposes.
