OFF PEAK MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS
- Membership is valid Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM only.
- Member booking has to be made under the membership scheduler in order to use the Membership benefits
- Members will have to book their courts in advance by using their online membership account
- Minimum of 2 players (another member or a guest) is required to book a court. Guest fee of $20 will be applied to non members
- Unused benefits cannot be transferred, refunded, carry forwarded or converted to credits.
- Penalty will be applied for cancellation within 48 hours and no show.
- All bookings/group sessions/coaching sessions and open play are subject to availability.
- Daily usage limits (court hours, open play, coaching, fitness, guest passes) are based on your membership tier.
- Guest passes must be used within the same month and cannot be accumulated.
- Discounts apply to regular-priced programs only and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Smash Sports reserves the right to modify programming, schedules, or benefits at any time.
- Founder’s rate remains locked only while membership remains active and uninterrupted.
- Facility closures due to holidays, maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for compensation.
