equipment rental
At Smash Sports, we provide the option to rent high-quality badminton racquets and shoes. Our rental equipment is well-maintained and regularly inspected.

STRINGING SERVICE
- Customised badminton Stringing services at $35per racquet.
- Multi branded strings available
- With customer provided string, we cannot guarantee the quality of stringing due to many counterfeit options available in the market.
- The Customer assumes responsibility for the cost of the string if it breaks during stringing
rules & regulations
Footwear
- We strictly allow only non-marking badminton shoes. Shoes should specifically mention ‘non-marking’ on the outer sole.
- Failure to adhere may lead to being unable to play unless suitable footwear is rented or purchased.
- Please ensure you bring your badminton shoes and change them outside the club to prevent carrying debris that could damage the courts.
Court Rentals
- Minimum rental time is 1 hour per court and can be extended if available.
- Maximum of 6 players per court. Additional players will be charged at Drop-in price of $12+HST
- All Players must sign in the waiver form upon arrival at the front desk
- Players must conclude their sessions promptly.
- Any damage to equipment or premises must be reported immediately.
Drop-ins
- Each Drop in Session is for 2 hours.
- Minimum players required to sign up for drop-in at the same selected time is 6 players per court. If less than 5 players are available, we will cancel that session.
- Smash Sports reserves the rights to cancel / reschedule drop in timings at their own discretion.
Cancellations
- Our court cancellation policy requires cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please ensure to notify us via call to reschedule / cancel within this timeframe.
- For cancellation without proper notice / no show, court rental will not be refunded.
Food & Drinks
- Only closed bottled drinks are allowed on court; other food and canned drinks are not permitted.
- No Smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco/gum inside the facility.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Conduct
- We have zero tolerance for harassment or unruly behavior from customers.
- Proper sportsmanship and respect for others are expected at all times.
Disclaimer
- Smash sports reserves the right to make any changes to any bookings at our own discretion.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate sessions for non-compliance with regulations.
- Management is not responsible for your personal belongings or any loss thereof.
- Players are also accountable for the upkeep of premises and equipments. Any damage must be reported promptly to the management.
